Jan Ebel Bos - Co CEO
Jan Ebel Bos (1964) graduated from the Technical University of Delft, The Netherlands, in 1988 with a Masters degree in Physics and in 1992 from the Rotterdam School of Management with a Masters degree in Business Administration. Subsequently he joined ABN AMRO Bank in Amsterdam. Three years later he moved to London to establish the Global Equity Derivatives Department. As Managing Director he assumed primary responsibility for a team of people focusing on structuring, marketing and sales of global equity derivative products to private, institutional and corporate clients in the Benelux and US. In April 2001 he set up the Global Wealth Structuring and Advisory Group within the Private Banking and Asset Management Division of ABN AMRO Bank in London. He established Volteq Capital in 2003.

Eelco Rooimans - Co CEO
Eelco Rooimans (1966) studied law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. After his military services where he served as reconnaissance platoon commander with the Dutch cavalry, he joined International Option Investment (IOI) in Amsterdam as options market maker. After the takeover of IOI by ABN AMRO Bank Eelco moved to London to establish the Global Equity Derivatives Department. As Global Head of Equity Derivatives Trading he managed a team of 45 traders involved in volatility trading, market making, structured products and exotics trading, convertible bond arbitrage, risk arbitrage and special situations trading. In April 2001 he set up the Global Wealth Structuring and Advisory Group within the Private Banking and Asset Management Division of ABN AMRO Bank in London. He established Volteq Capital in 2003.

Eugène Klerk - CIO/Analyst
Eugène Klerk (1969) graduated from Twente University in 1993 with a masters degree in Applied Mathematics. He subsequently joined ABN AMRO as a fixed income credit and sovereign debt analyst. From 1996 he worked at ABN AMRO Bank as an equity analyst. During the next five years he was ranked number 1 analyst in several surveys. In 2000 Eugene was asked to join DLJ in London. After their takeover by Credit Suisse First Boston he became responsible for the Emerging Markets Research Department in London. In 2003 he moved to the Private Wealth Management group at Morgan Stanley, where he focused on expanding the company’s wealth management business with Dutch clients. He joined Volteq Capital in 2004.

Niek Koster - Porfolio Manager
Niek Koster (1965) studied Economics and Actuarial Mathematics at the University of Amsterdam, The Netherlands, between 1983 and 1989. After his military services (1990-1991) where he served as platoon commander, he joined International Market Makers Combination (IMC) in Amsterdam as starting market maker in single stock options. In 1992 he joined International Option Investment (IOI) in Amsterdam as senior options market maker. Since 1995 he is registered as a Dutch RBA Analist. In 1995 he joined the Global Equity Derivatives Department of ABN AMRO Bank in Frankfurt as head of German Equity Derivatives Trading. In 1996 he moved to London where he became senior trader and head of Swiss and German Equity Derivatives Trading. In 2000 he was appointed executive director, managing a team of structured derivatives traders based in London, Frankfurt and Zurich. In 2001 he was appointed head of US Derivatives Trading based in New York. He joined Volteq Capital in 2003.

Jean Küppers - Operations and IT
Jean Küppers (1961) graduated from the Technical University of Delft, the Netherlands, in 1985 with a masters degree in Civil Engineering. After a period of 5 years as project manager for Alcatel Nederland he completed a two year Master of Business Administration (MBA) program at the Rotterdam School of Management. Subsequently Jean established his own IT business, and worked for thirteen years as independent consultant, project manager and software system architect, mainly in the sector of Life Insurance and Financial Services. He joined Volteq Capital in 2005.
